Dawn Hills - Owner Best Asset Bookkeeping

Dawn Hills holds a Certificate IV in Accounting and a BAS Agent licence. Her bookkeeping skills bring 20 years of experience in a vast number of different businesses. Best Asset Bookkeeping Services began in 2006 after working in various bookkeeping and office manager positions.

Her forte is tidying up the books and auditing the accounting file. A lot of businesses are flawed with GST errors. The worst case was a previous bookkeeper had never claimed the GST credit on insurance and Workcover for over 5 years. The most worrying thought for this business was their Accountant didn’t even pick this error up. This amounted to over thirty thousand dollars of unclaimed GST credits.

It is important for every business that you have experienced bookkeepers doing the books and ones that are trained. If you are using a contract bookkeeper and they are completing your BAS they need to be a registered BAS Agent.
